Best experience and treatment I have ever had! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but never have I been treated so well as I was at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers. Just a week prior I was invo I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but never have I been treated so well as I was at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers. Just a week prior I was involved in an accident that totalled my Nissan Sentra and I was devastated. I tried several different companies to get approved for a car loan but no luck. Reese McCloud reached out to me and asked if I were still interested in the Nissan Sentra and I told him I could not obtain approval. He asked if they could get me approved could I come in that day and I told him I had no way to get there, he said they would pick me up. WOW! I had been looking at a 2012 Nissan but when they approved me..it was for a 2017 Nissan Sentra S😊 Isaiah Harris was sent to pick me up and drove the car so I could see it, I loved it right away and of course bought the car. Everyone at the dealership made me feel like royalty, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! This dealership is OUTSTANDING in every way and know how to treat a customer. My next car will also be purchased from them. More

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been dealing with an ac issue since 2017 after purchasing a brand new 2015 nissan rouge from here. To date, the service advisors hav received. I have been dealing with an ac issue since 2017 after purchasing a brand new 2015 nissan rouge from here. To date, the service advisors have failed to properly notate my account, therefore, causing an issue with my service being done at no cost/under warranty. The "service manager Joe Whalen" is the most condescending, rude, disrespectful service person I have ever encountered. For a "service manager" to flat out tell a customer "I don't care, take it up with nissan" shows how disgusting of an employee he is. Service claim has been submitted with nissan Corp & hopefully they can remedy the situation using a different dealership. It's a shame that I have to find an alternate service provider after purchasing three vehicles (one within the last 3 weeks) from Ed Martin because of their service manager. More

What a tremendous experience! After buying cars for years at a neighboring dealership that had since gone through ownership change, in 2019 I began searching for a new car. While test driving a car that I ultimately did not purchase, I mentioned being on the cusp of having a new driver. Kevin told me about a car on the lot that would fit the description of my needs. We were not ready at the time to begin that purchase. One year later, in February of 2020 I began that search, upon seeing Kevin, he recalled everything about that visit, who I was with, where I was going, what I test drove, etc. After a 4 month search, the perfect car became available at the dealership that had the salesman who so impressed me. Kevin did a tremendous job of making sure that my son will be driving a wonderful car, with brand new tires. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More
