Front to back, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in my life! I knew the type of car I was looking for (Murano Platinum for my wife) and found it online at Ed Martin. I reached out to Reese, who put me in touch with Brandon when we drove down to look at the vehicle. They did not mis-represent the vehicle at all and went out of their way to make sure we were aware of every Blemish that was on it (and rectified some "curb rash" on a couple of the wheels). After a test drive and brief negotiation, we agreed on a price and did the deal. Scott handled all of the financial aspects for us and promoted a bumper-bumper wrapper extended warranty over the Nissan CPO Power-train warranty (which we elected to purchase as well). No Surprises, No Pressure, great people, and a great experience. I don't even live in the Fishers area, but will look to these guys again when I buy another new vehicle for myself in a couple of years. More
