I had a great experience from start to finish with my experience buying a car from Ed Martin Toyota. I saw a car online and called the phone number listed and the GM Eric Sarjeant answered the phone. He was very courteous and answered all my questions without BSing me. He then immediately went out and sent me about 20 pictures of the car. After receiving them I hopped in the car and headed up to talk to Justin Masters which whom Eric had prepped to our conversation. Justin was fantastic and helped me thru the rest of the process. Ed Martin has a great salesperson on their team, Austin Potter. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. The test drive went very well. I had worked on the sale of a new Toyota Tacoma for a week and told the sales associate (Justin Guest) I wanted it and to proceed and buy the truck. I had told him that I was in a wheelchair and the tru week and told the sales associate (Justin Guest) I wanted it and to proceed and buy the truck. I had told him that I was in a wheelchair and the truck would work for me. The associate said he would call me. When I did not hear from him the next day, I called the sales manager and was informed that they were going to show the truck to someone that was local the next day. They would not sell me the truck because I was out of state and locals came first. So basically, I was discriminated against because I was from a different state. I thought this was terribly unethical since I told them I wanted the truck a couple of day before and had been working with the associate daily for a week. More
