From my first inquiry about my new vehicle, I absolutely loved every interaction. Derik immediately sent me a personalized video showing my vehicle and introducing himself. Being in customer service and ma loved every interaction. Derik immediately sent me a personalized video showing my vehicle and introducing himself. Being in customer service and marketing myself this caught my attention that he cared about people with his first impression. I then met Derik in person where he was warm, kind, and knowledgeable. He worked hard over the next couple of days to get me approved and went above and beyond to get me into my new vehicle that I love! My dad loved the interactions too and we both will be back!
