Katrina was the best! We originally went in to look at a Mini Cooper that after the test drive didn't meet our requirements. She went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for. We went in with a preapproval. Matt, in finance, asked permission to check with other lenders to see if he could get a better rate. I told him which lenders he could check with and that is exactly what he did. No unnecessary hits to my credit like some dealerships. I would definitely recommend!! More
