He sent me videos of the vehicle detailing any concerns I may have had with the vehicle. After I decided to go through with the purchase he and Sam Smith tried to make it as easy for me as possible to fill out documents while down here in Florida. I flew up from FL and Neal pick me up in person at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, he made me feel at home as if we had been friends along time. Then I met Sam Smith and I felt as equally at home. When we had finished buttoning up the purchase I felt like It had been the easiest auto purchase I had ever made. At the end of the day I drove away very happy, with a nice vehicle, and two new friends. Thanks go out to Sam and especially Neil for making it the best (and I have had a bunch). He provided excellent details of the RAV4 Hybrid - because of our sons excellent experience when he purchased his RAV4 Hybrid XSE, we decided to go with Ed Martin and then came Darnell, super friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the dealership and the entire purchasing process especially with all the COVID changes. Darnell went the extra mile to find the exact match of what we wanted and kept us up to date in every step of the way. I mentioned early on that this was a birthday gift for my wife and I always wanted to get a car with a bow and surprise my wife. When, Darnell called that car was delivered and ready for pick up, I forgot the birthday bow reminder, but Darnell remembered . When we came to pick up the car Darnell had the car with the bow ready to surprise my wife, and even sang happy birthday, who does that and what a voice!! What a great experience! I can’t go without giving props to Xavier, made the experience comfortable with no pressuring of buying unwanted extras. He kept it simple but specific with facts and good recommendations.
