I live out of state and was inquiring about a vehicle so I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. Neal held the vehicle unti I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. It was great to meet Neal, easy to talk to, great personality, no pressure and took care of my requests. The hours that Ed Martin’s dealership was open made it difficult to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Working most days until 5 on and two days a week until 7 pm, and with other life obligations t difficult to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Working most days until 5 on and two days a week until 7 pm, and with other life obligations this didn’t leave many days to work with the sales people at Ed Martin. Knowing that in the US it is common to work until 5:00 I think it would be helpful for the customers if Ed Martin had one or two evenings a week where they offered later hours available for customers. To address the financing score, Tony was high pressure with the sale of an extended warranty. His reaction when I turned down the initial offer I felt was surprising and quite frankly over the top and caught me off guard. It was a strong reaction and I think he may have even caught himself off guard. He continues to push for a lengthy amount of time several different extended warranty packages and when I declined acted upset and as if he couldn’t believe it and explained that the electrical system on the RAV is what needs to be covered. I was about to walk away from the entire sale because I was so upset by the experience and angry that I had to say no as many times as I did and yet continue to be presented with yet another offer. In the end, he presented me with what I was told was the lowest offer that he was only allowed to do three times per month and it was at cost to the dealership. I did end up purchasing this plan and have my regrets today. Other than the hours and my experience with the financing, my salesperson , John, was professional and friendly and did a great job showing me the new options in the vehicle. I’m happy with my purchase. More

I told him that a person referred me and he did not give me the checkbook to send him the voucher for referring me to Toyota.
