Great customer service, value, and extremely helpful Before coming to Ed Martin, we went to many other dealerships which oddly enough, especially in this time of COVID 19, they did not seem very interest Before coming to Ed Martin, we went to many other dealerships which oddly enough, especially in this time of COVID 19, they did not seem very interested in selling cars or invested in their customer service. Ed Martin was definitely the exception to this. When we first arrived it was 5:45 pm and was greeted by CP. We offered to come back as it was near closing but CP was very eager to help and did not take no for an answer. Once we had decided, were set on a car, and knew what we had wanted to buy, the manager Markiss was very helpful in taking out the road blocks in buying the car. When we showed back up first thing in the morning, we came to a resolution within an hour on the car that we had decided to purchase as there were some additional features that we had wanted. The only negative portion of the experience was that from 10-3 pm we had to wait for the finance department to get prepared for our process however the upside was that the manager, Markiss, made sure that we got the best rating possible and CP made sure that we were comfortable during our wait time. If you’re looking for professionals that value their customers and the customer’s experience, ask for CP and Markiss. Thank you Ed Martin! More

When we went to test drive it, she came out with us to make sure there was enough gas in it and she noticed a chip in the windshield. They are repairing the windshield for me since it's a certified used car, and she made the transaction VERY easy for us. We love doing service with Ed Martin Toyota.
