Bryce did a great job in the beginning when My wife and I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner. Once the deal was sealed and I had an issue registering the car, he was missing in action. I only called him a few times but he never picked up. He gave me short and dry texts telling me how busy he was. My wife went to the DMV three times and they told her the same thing which was the dealership didn’t do their part regarding the certificate of origin. The salesman Fred did an outstanding job getting back to me. I still haven’t gotten it registered but I will next week. I just never had an issue with this in any car I’ve ever bought. More

Above and Beyond through the entire process! Brenda was GREAT! I worked with her through email (per my request), and she answered all my questions. I had to drive over two hours to get there, and Brenda was GREAT! I worked with her through email (per my request), and she answered all my questions. I found a 2013 Tundra online called and talked to Steve on the phone he was helpful, quick, and understanding of the distance I had to drive to come get the truck.
