One thing I liked was I didn’t have to ‘fight’ to get the figure I wanted for my trade in. And it was actually a little higher than I thought I’d get. Bryce in finance was detailed and made the whole process pressure-free. Unfortunately due to several miscommunications, lack of attention to detail in oversight of DCI doing the install work, and a mixup of incorrect parts being shipped resulted in a stressful completion of the sale, delivery, and final title/registration of the vehicle. Given the choice to do it again, not sure I'd have as expensive of a build done so far away. More
