This call-back is what landed the deal to justify the 3 hour ride to the dealership. At Justo's desk, we signed a price sheet which came in handy. At the finance desk, there was an attempted additional charge of $251 tire tax which raised eye brows (i.e. per online sources, isn't this 25 cents per wheel for Indiana?) but was waived. Justo was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the Highlander we purchased. We very much appreciated the low volume of customers for Justo to get us in and out. Appreciated the top manger Eric Sarjeant who seemed quite engaged, but took a golden moment of time to greet us and thank us for our business. More
