Overall, I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a new Prius. I wanted to get the special deal on a 2019 Prius. Dustin was very helpful and was very accommodating in giving me options. They would have done whatever I wanted whether that meant shipping in the exact car I wanted or purchasing a car from their inventory. Ultimately I chose a 2020 Prius and got a deal that was nearly comparable to the 2019 special. While there was a little miscommunication in the handoff from sales to finance, I still feel like I was treated well during the entire experience. More

They worked to bet a payment we could afford and didn't try to push or give us something we couldn't handle. Sam in financing was not pushing on the warranties and explained all of it in detail. He did not push us into one when we decided on not adding that onto our package, but also explained what all of them meant and what the increase in payment would be if we wanted one. Our 2012 Honda Odyssey is amazing and we absolutely love it! We will be coming back when we are ready to upgrade our Prius. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a new vehicle! More
