He helped us to test drive several vehicles to ensure we were getting what we were looking for. We chose a vehicle that had just arrived at the dealership and had not been certified yet. He explained what that process would be like. He even made sure the truck had a new set of tires before I picked it up. While we waited for the truck to be certified he was able to get me a loaner car for the few days I had to wait (2020 Corolla zippy little car!). John the finance guy we worked with was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As I write this review I’m sitting in the dealership waiting room (which is very nice) while they are addressing the power mirrors that didn’t work when I picked the vehicle up. When I stopped in and let them know about the issue they quickly scheduled a time for me to bring it in to remedy the situation, no hassle at all so they really stand behind the vehicles they sell. Being a Toyota loyalist this is my new dealership, not that you need to replace them very often they are Toyotas after all. More

Michael was very knowledgeable of the models we were interested in, which helped us make a final decision. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer! Once we started the paperwork involving our second party lender, Michael checked to see if they could get us a lower APR, which they could. We are creatures of old habit, so we ended up sticking with our outside lender. Michael and Marc (from management) were sure that we understood the differences between the offers, and the pros of their offer, but were not at all pushy nor slacked on service or friendliness when we declined the in-house loan offer. For reasons I don't want to waste your time going into, we had some miscommunications with our lender during the process and it felt like we were never going to be able to finish the deal. Michael stayed with us the entire time and Marc even brought snacks out for our kids, which was a life saver! Michael, Marc and Bryce all stayed patient and positive the entire time we were there (which was a few hours total) while we worked out the kinks with our lender. Next time, we will definitely take the loan through Ed Martin Dealership. Bryce in finance was great at catching the last minute hiccups which would have slowed the process down further and got them all taken care of. Honestly, all in all, we highly recommend Ed Martin Toyota of Noblesville. For our future vehicle purchases, we know where we're going! You should stop buy and ask for Michael.
