We got to put the two cars we were comparing through thorough test drives on our own, with Brenda ready to answer our questions when we got back to the dealer. It was refreshing to work with a dealer and salesperson that acknowledge that the internet exists (both for research purposes and pricing). We got a fair offer on our trade, and a reasonable price on the new car with very little back and forth. It was an easy, low pressure and positive experience. This may have been our first Toyota purchased from Ed Martin, but it likely won't be the last. Thank you to Brenda and the team for a great experience. We love our new Highlander! More
