John Mills, the Assistant Service Manager, was friendly and professional while answering all my questions. He arranged a courtesy van ride for me and made sure I was picked up later right on time. My car was serviced in the time frame exactly as I had been told. My only suggestion would be to have better signage directing customers to the correct entrance to the Service Department when arriving from the west on 141st Street. More
