It was refreshing to work with a dealer and salesperson that acknowledge that the internet exists (both for research purposes and pricing). We got a fair offer on our trade, and a reasonable price on the new car with very little back and forth. It was an easy, low pressure and positive experience. Overall, I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a new Prius. I wanted to get the special deal on a 2019 Prius. Dustin was very helpful and was very accommodating in giving me options. Ultimately I chose a 2020 Prius and got a deal that was nearly comparable to the 2019 special. While there was a little miscommunication in the handoff from sales to finance, I still feel like I was treated well during the entire experience. More
