He never sold against the Ford, he just highlighted the strengths of the Toyota and was "accessible" anytime we had questions (texting back and forth during the day when we had questions or research). I would recommend Justo and the dealership anytime you are purchasing. The only thing that we didn't like was the trade in offer (but they were upfront on why it was lower than I wanted), so I went to Carmax and sold it for more then Ed Martin would offer me. I liked the transparency. More

We didn't wait long or on hold for anything and Fred kept us in the loop on everything even utilizing text when a crying baby made calling impossible. A family of 4 kids keeps us on our toes and time is rare. John, our finance guy, got us thru paperwork as quick as he could and was so nice about our overtired crew. We literally did not feel pressured or stressed during the process or that we had to measure up to anyone's expectations. They even provided snacks and drinks for the kids and the place was immaculate. After having a super overwhelming experience the week before at another dealer, we were apprehensive to even try another place. So glad we did! They had the exact vehicle in color, year, and miles we wanted and the price was nothing to squabble over. Do not your waste time or money elsewhere! Car shopping should be as easy as grocery shopping. Fred was super cordial and quick and despite busy with others gave us time even up to closing hour, the Saturday we pulled into his lot.
