As we narrowed in on the brand of vehicle we had to chose where we would take our business. Since we had a few we could choose from we went to different ones to see which would work best. Ed Martin stood as the best to work with. From the staff to the facilities this was a great place. We were taken care of. It was a Saturday when we had to come for the final arrangements so there was a lot going on. A little bit of patience on our part and recognition for it from the staff made the time there, though long, comfortable. I would like to thank our sales person John, our financial assistant Bryce (less than a week on site and did a great job), and the managers who said hello as we were there past the closing our to wrap things up. A shorter comment would be, these people did a very good job and made sure we were happy with the vehicle before working on the purchase. That we had what we wanted. Thanks. More

John answered all of our questions and showed us all of our options, arranged a test drive and gave us time to make a decision. If we had any questions, he encouraged us to call his cell number, even if it would happen to be his day off. Working with Bryce Toll to complete the paperwork went very smoothly. Excellent Experience I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees at Ed Martin Toyota, Noblesville, Indiana, but particularly my salesman, CP, and Sam Smith t I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees at Ed Martin Toyota, Noblesville, Indiana, but particularly my salesman, CP, and Sam Smith the Finance person. CP was a joy to work with, was very knowledgeable, worked well with me to get a price agreement between us. He took my car back to the service department and body shop to touch up things, get my used 2018 Sienna XLE Premium detailed, Certified, and gave me all the paperwork necessary. When the vehicle only had one key FOB, he ordered another and was going to have it delivered to my house (as I lived 45 miles away!!) That is Service. The headsets for the DVD player in the car were very deteriorated, sticky (car had 40,000 miles on it), and he had those tossed and gave me not only 2 but 4 new ones!!). The certification caused the dealer to put on 4 new times, and multiple number of updates that were all given to me. The extended warranties were priced below what I was expecting, and Sam Smith was so easy and friendly to work with. I ended up buying rubber floormats and CP said no problem, give me the key and I'll take back and have them installed! I didn't have to do much of anything, once we agreed on a price and the deal was set. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends for sure. Wish I lived closer (I live in Plainfield, Indiana)! CP is a keen up and coming salesman who I know will do well. It was a win-win for both of us! On my way out of the facility on 9/20/19 (purchased on 9/13/19 and came back to get a sensor fixed and touchups and 2nd key FOB), I ran into the Operations Manager, Todd Johnson. I expressed my total satisfaction with his management of the dealership, all staff had a smile, and in their snacks/drinks area, they even had pet bowls of water and treats to give to their animal friends. What a surprise!! I have been buying vehicles for 50 years, and have never had such a high quality experience before! Kudos to CP, Sam Smith, your receptionists, and Todd Johnson for a "well oiled machine" of a business!! :-) PS. I also talked with a salesman "Sky" while waiting on floormats to be installed, and he said he was the one who sold my vehicle originally to the 1-owner it had. Sky was also very personable and should be recognized also! :-) More
