Easy Experience I wanted to turn in my leased 2016 Highlander and get a new Highlander. I spoke with Neal before making the 75 mile trip to Noblesville, I had given h I wanted to turn in my leased 2016 Highlander and get a new Highlander. I spoke with Neal before making the 75 mile trip to Noblesville, I had given him the details of what I wanted and the payment range I was comfortable with. Once I arrived he greeted me and found the 2019 Highlander that I wanted! This is the 2nd time I've driven from Bloomington to meet with Neal to get a new vehicle. I have chosen to go to Ed Martin, for a number of reasons, I graduated high school with Neal and Ed Martin has a better selection of what I was wanting than the local Bloomington Toyota Dealership! I will be back in 3 years to select another Toyota!! More

He was able to give me accurate numbers the first time we looked at the car, and those numbers did not change throughout the process. When we said that we would not be making a decision on our first visit and would be making a decision over the next week, we were not pressured to buy same day. When it came to agreeing on concessions and a final price, Neal was a good and fair negotiator. Dave was our “finance guy” and made what can be a very tedious part of the buying process enjoyable. He also explained everything we were signing clearly, but quickly in order to get us out to our new car. The dealership is brand new, with a modern and efficient design. The other employees seemed friendly and helpful as well. More

New car purchase Had a used 2008 RAV4 that blew a rod due to oil consumption issues that Toyota has known about but did not recall to fix. They only issued a Tech Serv Had a used 2008 RAV4 that blew a rod due to oil consumption issues that Toyota has known about but did not recall to fix. They only issued a Tech Service Bulletin to dealers about the piston rings requiring replacement. Ed Martin had asked if I noticed unusual oil consumption which eventually did get worse. Bottom line I wanted to purchase a 2018 RAV4 xle which had very low miles but yet get some trade-in for the used 2008 RAV4 or some discount on the new purchase. They met my requirements as far as final price I was willing to pay since I was a return customer. Dealt with Justo Rodriguez who was a pleasure to work with. More
