Made purchase very easy and quick I found a used truck online that I was interested in seeing but had a very busy baseball tournament schedule that was going to make seeing the truck c I found a used truck online that I was interested in seeing but had a very busy baseball tournament schedule that was going to make seeing the truck challenging. I called to get info and ended up speaking with Casey Niles. I told Casey I could stop by first thing Saturday and he made sure the truck was at the front and had the keys ready. Casey was very efficient, professional and respectful of my time constraints. I test drove, bought the truck and was on my way to baseball in roughly 2 hours. I am very appreciative of all of the Ed Martin employees working quickly so I could get out of there as quickly as possibly. The whole visit was easy, comfortable, and quick. I honestly did not expect the purchase to be so easy. I really like the truck and would not hesitate to go back to Ed Martin Toyota to purchase another vehicle. More

John Hiatt was very pleasant and personable in the finance office and I never felt pressured to buy any product I wasn't comfortable with. The facility was immaculate and very customer friendly. Ammenities are plentiful and their complimentary refreshments were a nice touch.
