As a 19 year old college student, I knew I’d be very limited with the options I’d have for purchasing my first car. Right when I arrived, Justo greeted me and immediately began helping to find cars that would fit my monthly budget, and did it with such enthusiasm! I ended up with a better car than I ever thought I’d come out with, and he worked tirelessly for two whole days to figure out an ideal situation for me! Justo was just as excited as I was and I was extremely impressed with all of his patience and effort in this process. Because she is a college (pre-med) student and facing many years of schooling ahead of her, I did not want to see her take her hard-earned saving to a local dealer only to be taken advantage of by spending a ton of money on a terrible car with a lot of issues and one that would not last the duration of her years of schooling ahead. Initially, I hoped to see her in a newer, nicer, and safer car rather than the alternative. Originally, I did not think this was a feasible option. However, upon arriving at Ed Martin, we were greeted by Justo. From the minute we walked in the door, Justo and Ed Martin took such incredible care of my daughter and her unique set of circumstances. Not only was he able to navigate the waters of her challenging situation with no established credit at the age of 19, but he also was somehow able to get her into an awesome 2016 Prius with only 40,000 miles on it. I truly felt that the Marc Brown, the GM of Ed Martin, and Justo cared about her as an individual and worked tirelessly until they were able to watch her drive away with keys in hand. I am no longer worried sick about her being taken advantage of financially, nor am I concerned about her driving an old or unsafe car. Thank you, Ed Martin! One VERY happy mamma here, and I will be back in the future with our family's car needs! More

When we started narrowing our choices, we got to were we wanted to start shoping for a Toyota Siean. We went to visit a Toyota dealer close to Indy, but we walked out empty handed, and all I can say is that we were very desapoitned with that visit. Then on the same night, I told my wife that I found another Siena that we will probably like. I contacted the dealership for an appointment for the next day. When we went to Ed Martin Toyota, we were so lucky to have Justo Rodriguez as our sales man. He really took the time to make sure the Siena we wanted to see was clean and ready to go. He treated us we so much respect. Also he help us to get a good trade in value for our Rav4, and a good price for our new Toyota Sieana. The very next day, we drove the Siena to Chicago. My six year old boy was so excited that I wish I can take my family on a road trip every weekend. Thank you very much for your attention Mr. Rodriguez. More
