My rating reasons Quality of Work.... I gave a fair review because, there was a lot of previous owner mess left in the car. Sticky stuff in most of the cup holders, on Quality of Work.... I gave a fair review because, there was a lot of previous owner mess left in the car. Sticky stuff in most of the cup holders, on the emergency break, and gear shiftier. Along with crumbs. I was told it was getting a final detail, and that isn't what I was expecting in a final detail. So I had to come home & clean out the crumbs & sticky stuff left behind. That is why the Quality of Work got a low rating, which took the over all experience average. More

Derek Manis was great! Derek Manis was our salesman. He sold me a 2019 RAV4 I wanted. He also went through everything electrionic that the new 2019 RAV4 hybrid has and does. He helped me program my cell phone and phone numbers, my radio, showed me Apple Car Play and SiriEyes Free through the RAV4. He showed us all the safety settings and how to set them. He also showed us the hands free, foot-activated power liftgate. Derek was great, he showed us everything about this new RAV4. We have also leased a 4 Runner and purchased an Avalon previously from Ed Martin Toyota. Plus we also recently sent our daughter to Ed Martin Toyota to get her 2019 Toyota Tacoma Truck.
