The vehicle was out for service at the time, but as soon as it returned, I was notified, so communication from the dealership was excellent. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. It was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The sales process was easy. I never felt pressure from Steve. He was friendly, honest and I felt he was an advocate. I was handed off to the finance department to finalize the paper work, where I worked with Bryce Toll. He was terrific. Even thought it was after closing, I never felt rushed or hurried.
