Mark, I am sure you remember me. 2018 Camry. Bad wheel bearings … I had to bring my car in twice cause the original issue wasn’t fixed and now I have more issues and a new sound that is concerning being that your staff stated there was no more shake nor a sound . My car is jumping on me during certain acceleration but the noise is more concerning

I apologize, my reply to this did not send as I thought. Yes, the loud roaring from after changing the rear driver side did subside, but there is still an unsettling whine. You had stated this to me before, "take a test drive with you so we can both be assured we are trying to correct the concern" but that never happened. When I came to pick up the car, Breanna said she personally drove it herself. She said no noise, no wobble, no shake. Once I got to the highway, the shake at 60+ and the whine were still there.

Ms. Jurado, I understand your frustration with the situation regarding multiple visits to correct a condition with your remote start/alarm system. I’m sorry that proved inconvenient and trust it is now corrected. The source of your noise concern was determined to be the tires. Despite some slight feathering on the edges of your tires which creates a slight noise at certain speeds and on certain road surfaces, the alignment was found to be in specification. While your vehicle is covered by a comprehensive 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, that does not include the tires. We did correct a condition with a wheel bearing that was determined to be defective and that was covered by your warranty. I would like to help resolve your concern and will do so within the limitations of warranty consideration. Please contact me and I will see what options may be available.
