I wish I had started with ED MORSE CADILLAC from the start After weeks of car shopping and the stress of wondering if I was making the right choice in purchasing a car , I had stopped by ED MORSE BAYVIEW CADIL After weeks of car shopping and the stress of wondering if I was making the right choice in purchasing a car , I had stopped by ED MORSE BAYVIEW CADILLAC , and was suppose to have gone down to Miami after to look at another car . I decided to stop by because it was on my way and they had a car I had found online that I wanted to take a look at. from the moment I walked through the doors I felt warm and Welcome . I felt at ease that they were there to Help me as best as they possibly could . And not only did they help me , they went above and beyond to get me into a Cadillac Escalade which had been the SUV I had been looking at in the beginning of my car shoppping journey . I want to first thank Jay PInilla ( internet sales manager ) who was an absolute pleasure to speak with . It was because of his outstanding customer service that I decided to stop by . I then had the honor of working with 3 incredible people that made my experience even better including : Steve Plotnik my salesman that put my mind at ease and treated me with the utmost respect , along with JC Kent who words can't even desicbe how thankful I am for his outstanding performance in helping me get into my dream car . And last but certainly not least John Gallegos the finance manager who couldn't have done his job any better , we all know that when it comes down to the numbers part , it can be incredibly stressful however John made this part of the process as painless as possible he also went above and beyond to make this car mine . I am forever greatful for the entire staff at ED MORSE BAYVIEW CADILLAC , Ft Lauderdale . My only regret was and is , is that I didn't start with them from the beginning !! If your looking for a new or used high end luxury car or any car of that matter you can trust and be confident in their team . Don't waste your time and go then first! I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "a must see" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 3 hours away; I was in town visiting my daughter and decided to stop in for a visit. Both Michael and JC were very professional and made this process seamlessly. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. Worst experience ever By far worst buying car experience ever! Bunch of lying and dishonest people. Especially stay away from Daniel Gagliano and Zvi Plornik. They are the worst! ________________________________________ First we brought our SRX for the scheduled oil change; and the very same day we received a phone call that somebody wrecked the car while in the garage! They said not to worry. We'll make it up for you. We will take you out of your current lease (5 more months) and sell you a new car. Sounds great, right? But wait... When we signed all paperwork and was already literally in the car ready to leave somebody called to mr. Gagliano and he told us that the car should be signed off by some manager who is not in today(!) But again not to worry! We can keep the loaner for one more night and he'll personally bring the new car to our house. Red carpet service Next day no call, no car... when we called Mr. Gagliano informed us that somebody didn't read the odometer right (!), so this car has less millage what they thought originally when we made a deal, so we have to pay additional $1,500 to get this car otherwise we can go and screw ourselfs. That what Bayview Csdillac mean by 'make up for you' deal for ruining or car. By far the worst car shopping experience EVER. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apparently this review works. Mr. Gagliano texted me right away asking to remove this review because it is hurting his salesman's reputation. After I told him that I won't remove this review and asked him why he has a problem with the truth he started insulting me. Very sad. Awful, unprofessional service and humiliating experience. More

5 Star Purchase Experience I stopped at Bayview Cadillac to view a used SUV that I saw online and upon arrival met Steve, who was immediately helpful! I knew right away the car I stopped at Bayview Cadillac to view a used SUV that I saw online and upon arrival met Steve, who was immediately helpful! I knew right away the car I came in to see was not "the one" and Steve was honest with me, actually encouraging me not to purchase that car! Can you believe, a car salesman who tells you a car on his lot is not the right fit for you?! After hearing what I was looking for, he showed me a 2012 Cadillac Escalade that was exactly what I was looking for (though I didn't know it!) and I ended up buying it. He was honest and knowledgeable every step of the way, helping me get new tires included in the deal, and addressing each and every concern I had about the vehicle. I then worked with Joe in the finance department who was super friendly and helpful. He was able to beat the interest rate offered by my credit union and helped me through the process of getting an extended warranty. I absolutely love my new car, I feel I got a good deal AND I got treated like a queen throughout the process - what a great combination! 5 Stars for Bayview Cadillac, Steve and Joe! More

The representative Akeem, that met me at the door was genuine and thank goodness not an old school hard sale kind of person. I was there to look at a specific used suv that wasn't a Cadillac. That was never an issue with my experience. Akeem grabbed the keys and in minutes I was test driving what turned out to be my new car. I had my husband and one of his best friends there and we all know that could be challenging. Akeem was able to answer all questions, give a little more information than was on the listing and keep us all in sync! Well done! Joseph the finance officer, went through all the forms and documents with precision. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because when you go to buy a car whether used or new. You want to make sure that all updates or recalls have been taken care of. On my situation I was buying an preowned Audi Q5 (which as you may know has their new dealership right next door) and the recalls that had been in effect, were not taken care of during the time that Bayview had possession of the suv for well over a month. Note: one week prior a second recall was placed on it.) Once I brought this to their attention that I had learned from the CarFax report they, Bayview Cadillac give on the internet listing started the process to fix the issue. The took care of it. The service manager took it next door, Akeem kept me informed and on Wednesday night I was able to go pick up my. I just think that whether it's the service department or whoever is in control of inventory. Someone needs to make sure that if there is public knowledge all recalls should be taken care of before you list to sale it. It was theee days after I purchased the SUV that I was able to pick it up. OK, I'm done with that rant. Back to the rest of the good stuff! The silver bullet now sits in the carport poised and ready to go. I appreciate very much Akeem Henry and his attention to detail. For being the new school representative that puts the customer at ease and makes the process a great experience! More
