The customer service post purchase has been by far the worst I have ever experienced, I will never purchase anything from any business associated with this company again. I highly recommend to anyone who does, be very cautious about with any extended warranty purchase. I am at fault for not reading fine print and I accept responsibility for that. However, once I realized this issue the finance manager attempted to recommend me to a "friend" that fixed his issue for $150. I just want a refund of the worthless portion of the extended warranty I purchased. After speaking with numerous associates and finance team members, all giving me the same answer regarding an email requiring my signature to cancel the policy, there is never any email, and all calls made back in order to reach anyone within the office are not answered or ignored. This has process has been ongoing for nearly a month. Purchase a vehicle from the sales department, my salesman was a great guy, but purchase any warranty from a different source as from my personal experience the sales department are crooks More
