In the past, I have always dreaded the car buying process. However, this was not true with my visit to Ed Morse. I had no intention of leaving the same day with a vehicle, nonetheless, I did - as a result of the friendly demeanor of my reception with Alyssa to putting Evelyn through-the-hoops showing me several used vehicles though I ended up with the first vehicle she showed me. I attribute this to Evelyn’s initial interview as to my desires and wants, she listened to me then showed me what I told her, not the special of the day like other dealers. The civilities continued with Wayne to the signing of the deal with Kevin. I can’t say enough good things about my visit Saturday March 23rd.
