Later in the evening I was greeted by Robert Denton who was the ideal consultative salesman putting my needs first and was honest and informative. My transaction was completed in less than an hour to my satisfaction. On my drive home from the dealership the car computer system warned me of a needed battery replacement in one of the key fobs that came with the Cadillac. Robert is in the process of helping me resolve that issue. I highly recommend Mr Denton and Morse Cadillac to those in the Tampa area and beyond that are looking for excellent service that caters to individuals who don’t want to be passed from salesman to salesman to manager to whatever like the old days of car sales.
