I was put in touch with salesman Anthony Hyde and set up a test drive on a Saturday evening after flying in from an out of town trip. The car was in excellent condition with one issue that we noticed after test driving. The issued was solved early the next week by the service team and we returned for another test drive, the vehicle performed as it should so we ended up purchasing the car. The whole experience was stressless and we felt very comfortable with the entire encounter, we would not hesitate to return to the dealership if the need to purchase another Cadillac occurred. More

Mr. Denton "quarterbacked" the entire buying experience, ensuring that all needs were anticipated and met, maintaining the "NYC" expertise that oftentimes sets so many apart, particularly in the automotive industry. It is my sincerest pleasure in writing this candid review; indeed, as of my personal experience, I will be purchasing a vehicle for my daughter as well. I was initially concerned as dealing with car dealerships can be challenging and I had a good relationship with my previous salesman (Zoilo). I was quickly introduced to Evelyn who could not have been better. Evelyn shows me a number of vehicles in the show room...detailing all of the differences in the various models then took me for a test drive. We all know that buying/leasing a new car involves a certain amount of negotiation but the staff there made the process relatively painless and we came to an agreement quickly. The business manger, Kevin, was also exceptional. The paperwork process took a bit of time but that might have been because we spent as much time talking about golf as we did with the paperwork 😀. I have now owned 4 Cadillacs....and this is the first dealer that I have returned to for a second vehicle. I try to remember that they are a business...and they are there to make money...but in 2 experiences with Ed Morse, I left with a new vehicle each time feeling like my business was valued. I highly recommend Ed Morse Cadillac to anyone in the Tampa area and if you do...ask to work with “Z” or Evelyn! More

Katrina Shipe in internet sales assisted me with very helpful information early in the process on the phone and online. Later in the evening I was greeted by Robert Denton who was the ideal consultative salesman putting my needs first and was honest and informative. My transaction was completed in less than an hour to my satisfaction. On my drive home from the dealership the car computer system warned me of a needed battery replacement in one of the key fobs that came with the Cadillac. Robert is in the process of helping me resolve that issue. I highly recommend Mr Denton and Morse Cadillac to those in the Tampa area and beyond that are looking for excellent service that caters to individuals who don’t want to be passed from salesman to salesman to manager to whatever like the old days of car sales.
