Between salesmen significantly increasing the prices After an accident that totaled my car, I went through the worst experience looking for a new one. Between salesmen significantly increasing the prices once I arrived at the dealership to other customers buying a car I was literally sitting in (and was going to buy), it was a nightmare. I ended up finding a car online that I was extremely interested in at Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa. From the minute I stepped on the grounds I cannot express to you the kindness and patience their staff showed. For once I was not scammed, tricked, or lied to. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. Jeremy and his team were very straight forward during the entire process and were extremely helpful! Needless to say, I bought my new car from them and have never been happier. Once I decided to buy, Jeremy did everything he could to speed up the process and decrease my time spent in the dealership finalizing paperwork. It was by far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. They showed their appreciation by donating a bicycle to children in need for every car sold during the holidays, and I can’t leave out the surprise gift card I found waiting for me in my new car as I drove it off the lot. Shortly after being contacted by April Irizarry-Allende for a scheduled appointment to test drive a car that I was thinking of buying, my wife got a phone call that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I explained to April that my plans of buying a car were no longer an interest of mine. My focus had suddenly changed to how my family would have to deal with this terrible news. The following day, after a doctor’s appointment with my wife, I decided to stop by and see April and thanked her for being so pleasant and understanding on the phone. While I was there, I met Ms. Karen Barrese and Mr. Wayne Sanderson. They all treated me as if they were family and took my personal situation into account, even to the point of sharing tears and testimonies. I cannot express how blessed I am to have met the wonderful people at Ed Morse’s. Very accomodating! We looked at a car late on a Saturday but advised I would be back Monday morning after finalizing loan details with our banker.
