Karen streamlined the process so we were in & out with no time wasted. She was knowledgeable and took time to show me how to use some of the high tech features I wasn’t sure about. She also found me a very competitive interest rate. With the added savings I was able to purchase a customized warranty to cover exactly what I wanted and for a specified time frame. They even donated a bike in my name to A local toy drive for the holidays! Everyone was fantastic and I felt good knowing I was supporting a locally owned business. More
