He is very forthright and respectful of my time, patience and style. The overall experience did not meet my expectations though. This was not due to anything that Michael Brandon did, however, but was due to the leaders/managers he was forced to work with. One, who I never met/saw, continued to play with numbers that did not meet my needs. Michael Brandon knew what I was looking for prior to my visit, as we had been in constant communications. He also knows that I don't want to feel like I am being "worked" by pushy sales tactics. Let's agree on the numbers and get on with the transaction! The second person was a nuisance. I had to pass some crazy quiz to prove my identity. Really? Again, this is my third vehicle from the same dealer and sales rep. Why would I need to prove my identity? The quiz was flawed and I couldn't seem to pass it, no matter the combination of responses. What a waste of time. Then, at the moment of truth...when time to write the check, the numbers changed and I was told to write the check for more than Michael Brandon and I had agreed upon. I can't stomach the back and forth gimmicks or feelings of being worked. I also don't expect that from a dealership as reputable as Cadillac. I'll close by reiterating that I am pleased with Michael Brandon and enjoy working with him. I can't say the same for his teammates. More
