We pulled the trigger on Saturday and Jeremy spent a lot of time going over the details of the SUV. He brought in the sales manager?? and he too spent time explaining things to us. We picked up the vehicle today and are extremely happy with the professionalism of the dealership. Anthony is very kind and patient, he catered and work through each step of the car purchasing experience with myself and husband not just the selling element. Anthony understood that our newest purchase is for our youngest daughter and I can honestly say Anthony put himself in my husband and my shoes and approached the process as if he was purchasing the car for his own child. He stayed within our proposed budget, pointed out the safety features of the car that was selected, suggested additional features that would impress our teenage daughter, he even went as far as to have the seats adjusted to accommodate her hieght via another team member and help seal the surprise by letting us borrow a bright red bow from the dealership.
