CAR WAS SLOWING DOWN, PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED SO FAR THAT I CAN SEE,WILL KNOW MORE WHEN I TAKE A LONGER RIDE,PROBLEM WAS WITH CADILLAC,NOT ED MORSE SALES,OR SERVICE.MADE US V PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED SO FAR THAT I CAN SEE,WILL KNOW MORE WHEN I TAKE A LONGER RIDE,PROBLEM WAS WITH CADILLAC,NOT ED MORSE SALES,OR SERVICE.MADE US VERY NERVOUS COMING HOME FROM THE GARAGE.WE WHERE ALMOST REAR ENDED TWICE BECAUSE OF CAR SLOWING DOWN,THAN SHOOTING BACK UP TO SPEED.CAR SHUT DOWN COMPLETLY CLOSE TO HOME,HAD TO GET TOWED HOME.WENT FROM 70MPH,DOWN TO 20MPH,TWICE ON THE WAY HOME,THAN SHUT DOWN,AND WOULD NOT START UP AGAIN. ED MORSE GARAGE CAME TO GET CAR AND GAVE ME A LOANER,UNTIL IT WAS FIXED.TIM LARSON WAS THERE FOR ME ALL THE,GOOD MAN.HOPE WE WILL BE SATISFIED WITH THE NEW CAR,BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAD CADILLAC,FORGOT HOW MANY I HAD,BOUGHT AND LEASED. No pressure to get you in the door to haggle/beat you up on pricing, etc. They easily beat another dealership on pricing for nearly the same model/features when the "other guys" said it couldn't be done. I hate car shopping, but this experience has made me rethink that statement. I can now say, "I love car shopping at Ed Morris Cadillac with Karen!" And I love my XT5! More
