Best car buying experience ever! I had been searching in Tampa for a GM dealership that would honor my employee discount. I have been blatantly lied to from numerous GM dealerships th I had been searching in Tampa for a GM dealership that would honor my employee discount. I have been blatantly lied to from numerous GM dealerships that claim they are familiar with GM employee pricing. Only to go in and waste an entire Saturday to find out they do not honor the GM employee discount nor their own sale pricing. It gets insulting and absolutely frustrating.. I was prepared to have a GM vehicle shipped from Michigan that is of course before I found Ed Morse Cadillac. I worked with Karen Barrese. She knew how to work the GM discount; in fact, got me a better deal on the XT5 than my discount offered. I could not believe how easy Karen and the entire Ed Morse team made this deal. I kept waiting for that standard “well your price is not what we quoted you.” This never happened! The exact price they quoted was the exact price I paid. Actually approximately .18 cents less! If you are in need of a vehicle Ed Morse has many different dealerships around Florida. I recommend them to anyone because they are honest, have integrity and treat you like family. I have never felt comfortable at a dealership. I felt very respected and comfortable at Ed Morse. Karen Barrese is the absolute best and I will be a returning customer forever! More
