No pressure to get you in the door to haggle/beat you up on pricing, etc. They easily beat another dealership on pricing for nearly the same model/features when the "other guys" said it couldn't be done. I hate car shopping, but this experience has made me rethink that statement. I can now say, "I love car shopping at Ed Morris Cadillac with Karen!" And I love my XT5! More
