Mike Sica is the bombdiggety! I dropped off my 2017 XT5 on Monday November 27th 2017 for some issues plus first oil change. Mike Sica called us everyday for 5 days with an update. I had heard that Carlos was THE service advisor to have, and i can tell you, that the info was more than accurate! I am a little (read:LOT) neurotic about my car being away from me, in a dealership setting. Carlos made to feel comfortable about my decision, and kept a good line of communicaton open with me. I would, and will, tell anyone that owns a V-Series to see Carlos if they have ANY issues with their cars. Thanks again, you have restored my faith in the dealership service experience! More
