I worked with Michael for months, waiting for the right car to come in for me within my budget. He knew what I wanted, NEVER pushed, and simply kept in contact with me to update me on new inventory and offers. If something interested me, he would run the numbers for me and take pictures of the car so that I didn't have to make the hour drive. When I finally made it to the dealership last week, he had 3 cars waiting for me to test drive...and then I test drove them again. Again, he never pushed and just allowed me to take my time in making my decision while he offered his expert knowledge and opinions of each vehicle. He actually spent the entire day with me! Not surprisingly, I chose a completely different vehicle. Michael ran the numbers and it is within my budget so we moved forward. So now that I was excited with my choice I awaited the dreaded visit from the financial manager to tell me it couldn't be done at that price because of this or that and that the payment would be another $30 to $50 more. But that's not what happened at all. The payment did not change. It was exactly what Michael told me it would be. No hassles. No changes. Amazing. The financial manager was amazing as well. Explained everything in simple terms so that I knew what I was signing. For as long as Michael remains in the business, he has a client for life. He is honest, has truly expert knowledge of all of his products (I had features on my last Caddy that I never knew about), and most importantly, he is patient. He worked at my pace, not his. Karen was extremely knowkedgable and professional. At one point I mentioned some other vehicles I was looking at. She never one talked down about the other vehicles or dealers. Instead she focused on her vehicles and dealership. No pressure, just valuable information. I ended up purchasing a used SRX. I love the vehicle and love even more faking with a friend. The thing is, everyone that deals with Karen says the same thing, the love dealing with someone that makes them feel so comfortable - like a friend! More

It all worked out and we are forever grateful for his help. We felt that we should be paying for credit counseling services. Robert took the time to offer information on building credit and even told us about his journey with his credit repair. He made us feel that we were not alone in this and saved us terrible feelings of embarrassment. Great personality and people skills. A real sweetheart. More
Best car dealership experience I've had I'm honestly not a fan of dealerships, but they changed my mind! I felt everything was explained clearly, and made transparent to me. They are willing to work with you, and will go above and beyond in the process. I kept the car I drove there in, and bought a car. I didn't have a way to get my old car home, so they transported it to my house which is 2 1/2 hours away. They also washed my old car and filled both tanks. Never had a salesmen and car dealership put so much effort and care into a sale. They are all great people to work with, and I definitely recommend them! More

The consequence is a car buying process that is pleasurable and straightforward. Sales Consultant Robert Denton deserves special recognition. He listened carefully, conducted research and found the car - nothing extraneous, zero pressure. Extremely knowledgeable, Robert conducted the sales paperwork expeditiously and efficiently. On delivery of the car he patiently described and demonstrated every feature on the car. Additionally, for customer care continuity, he volunteered that in the future Robert should be the contact person for scheduled maintenance coordination or any other requirements.
