Ed Trujillo and Ed Morse Cadillac are wonderful to deal with. Also, the service department. The confidence and expertise with Ed Trujillo was phenomenal. He was so confident in his choice of a vehicle that had been shipped for me, he put my license plate on the vehicle before the contract phenomenal. I didn't buy a cadillac buy still I should receive quality service and a good experience and I have NOT had anything good come out of my experience. Don't not use service department either. Having tro quality service and a good experience and I have NOT had anything good come out of my experience. Don't not use service department either. Having trouble with car and was told to bring in and got here and they had NO clue who I was, the man helping me was let go and they have no record of service. Does that sound like a buisiness you wanwant to spend your money at? Everyone acts helpful but when the work has to be done they don't have a record of what was to be done. Overall VERY dissatisfied. Highly not recommened. Spend your money where they will actually will appreciate it. More
