Serenity is best kindest sweetest car sales lady ever. Made it a great experience. Normally I don’t like fast talking used salesman I have dealt with in the past. I was set on buying online thru carvana cause I heard great things and wanted best price without high pressure and stress and Serenity changed my mind with her kind helpful spirit and knowledge as well. Her follow up skills are a list art these days and if I were her boss I would give her praises for delivering such a great customer experience. She even delivered the car to me at my house cause I was worried about contracting COVID since I take care of in laws that are 86 years young.
