I had my Escalade serviced today at Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa and I was very disappointed by the amount of time it took them to perform an oil change, replace battery and flush the transmission. The total time spent waiting from my time of arrival until completion of the job was over 4 hours. The wait time cannot be justified although my service advisor did try to justify the wait time. The Service Advisor, Michael, is not to blame as he was doing his job and maintained a professional demeanor the entire time. However, while I am not a certified mechanic, I do know it should not take that long to perform 3 task. I'm addition, the individual who made the appointment should've listened more intently to understand exactly the type of service I was bringing the SUV into the service department. Had she listened and understood, I believe they would've arranged to provided me with a loaner or give me advance notice the request would've required a lengthy stay or even the need to leave it at the dealership overnight. Needless to say, I remain dissatisfied with the service department although the purchase, months ago, went extremely well. I'm rating the visit 2 stars instead of 1 because the Service Advisor did his job well. More

This was such an easy experience. I started working with David Molee to find the right car and he brought the car to my house to test drive. He was polite and showed me all the fun gadgets! The paperwork was driven to my house In the new car, he walked me through everything, showed me the features of my car and drove off in my trade in. I didn’t even need to take off of work, All aspects were done from my house and they worked with my hectic work schedule. Thanks guys! More

I would quickly turn around and leave usually without even looking at the car. When I walked in Ed Morris Cadillac Anthony Hyde couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. He answered any and all questions until I was comfortable with the decision of purchasing the car. Kevin Roberts also answered all my questions and concerns until we reached a number I was happy with. Being a single mother my finances are limited especially with Covid-19 and everything else going on right now. They treated me as if I were buying the most expensive car on the lot. I highly recommend Ed Morris Cadillac to anyone but especially woman who are still treated poorly or less than at so many other dealerships. More
