The vehicle was out in front of the Pre-Owned car lot waiting for me when I arrived. A salesman by the name of Jean Papy approached me and introduced himself. After a short discussion Jean contacted Gary who met us at the vehicle where Jean was given the go ahead to show and drive the vehicle. I drove it, and decided to buy. The experience that we had at Ed Morse was 100% exceptional. I needed a car for my son ASAP. A little about our history: We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Mustang four days earlier, from exceptional. I needed a car for my son ASAP. A little about our history: We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Mustang four days earlier, from another dealership. we loved the car, however, there was a mechanical issue and we had to return it. Ed Morse's dealership was the third dealership we visited in three days trying to right this wrong. We wanted the same make and model car, and a similar deal to what we made before; minus the mechanical issues. After arriving at the Ed Morse dealership, we were introduced to Mr. Cristo Lachin. He was to be our sales liaison. We knew we were in great hands because he was pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. He listened to our troubling experience with the first mustang we purchased from another dealership and he was now "damage control" for us. He reassured us that he would do his best to make this an AMAZING experience, and he did. He was so patient to have both myself and my son test drive three different Mustangs. He was honest about his knowledge of this particular vehicle, however, got the answer to our satisfaction. He was impersonal by sharing a little about himself. We felt no pressure from Cristo to purchase; which I love. We decided to purchase at this dealership because we know that Mr. Cristo Lachin worked diligently (with the other departments in this dealership) on our behalf to make sure everything was perfect for us to finalize the deal.
