TRULY OUTSTANDING Over the past 2 weeks, I had visited quite a few dealerships in search of a preowned vehicle for my elderly mother, so it is without reservation that Over the past 2 weeks, I had visited quite a few dealerships in search of a preowned vehicle for my elderly mother, so it is without reservation that I highly recommend Ed Morse Cadillac, in Delray Beach, FL. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was warmly greeted by a lovely receptionist and was continually treated politely and with respect by everyone throughout the process. Most of my experience was w/ my salesman, Mr Paul Betteridge, who was most pleasant, professional, informative and most importantly (to me) very LOW PRESSURE. I felt that Mt Betteridge truly understood my goal of purchasing a safe and reliable preowned vehicle for my mom AND also respected my need to stay within my budget. I also interacted w/ Mr. Frank Gambone, who was helpful and extremely accommodating. Finally, I met w/ Mr. Jeff Setwart, who was friendly and patiently explained all the paperwork and the numbers. Of note, since my initial contact was via internet, I must also mention Ms Robin Lucey's timely and courteous email replies and follow up. And finally, even though Mr Patxi Breton was not my salesman, he was always smiling, happily pointed out where the ladies room was located (which, by the way, was immaculate and well stocked w/ soap and paper towels) and was quick to offer water and/or locate Mr. Paul Betteridge for me. So, it is without reservation that I highly recommend this dealership. It was a truly 5 STAR vehicle purchasing experience.  More
