He treated me like I was a part of the Cadillac family and really took care of my car after a small incident. He also performed warranty work and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The three times I was on your property I was always greeted by Caitlin Bustamante and she was always very kind and greeted me with a smile. I remember when I first walked in and seemed a little concerned that my car was going to a Cadillac Shop as a Toyota, she reassured me that you guys own a Toyota dealership also and the work would be exceptional. She could have not been more on target. Due to the Coronavirus Duncan was moved off my car and Ham Ahmed stepped in to assist, for a guy coming in off the bench, he saw the project to completion and did not miss a beat. Thank you Ham. This car is very important to me as I travel 100% for work and I am often driving. Again I cannot describe how excited I am to have it back, your entire team was fantastic.
