Two years ago was a night mare at another dealer so we never set foot into it again and started bringing our XT5 into Ed Morse for service. While waiting one day we met Tony....what a difference from the other person. Not only did Tony keep in touch with us but had vehicles ready for us to see when we walked in, I had told him what we wanted and that's what he had---no upsell or bs. Professionalism, courtesy, empathy, knowledge and pleasant! We were in and out. When we went in to see Chris we received the same treatment. We have been telling everyone about Tony and the Ed Morse for 2 years since we started using Marcos in Service, who has been excellent to deal with. Even, I believe her name is Cookie, at the front desk was pleasant and helpful (not on her phone or chatting with a coworker) .This appears to be a great work environment where everyone is in synch and happy. OH! Tony followed up yesterday to see how we were liking the new XT5 and see if we needed anything and arranged for someone to come program the garage door opener.. GREAT SERVICE More
Great experience from start to finish! My wife and I pulled into the dealership to look at a Porsche SUV we saw while passing by. We were met shortly after arriving by Tony C. who was frien My wife and I pulled into the dealership to look at a Porsche SUV we saw while passing by. We were met shortly after arriving by Tony C. who was friendly from the start and did not attempt to manipulate, steer, or harvest intel to "qualify" us until we looked at several vehicles and decided on a Range Rover Sport. The car was clean, the battery was not dead, and there was enough gas to actually test drive it without issue. I bring this up because it is a turn off when looking at cars and the cars are dirty, batteries dead, and the car is out of gas. None of these were the case at Ed Morse. Tony was able to answer all of our questions and make the process much more streamlined than any previous car buying experience. Chris W. also did a great job answering our questions with regard to the extended warranty options and finalizing the paperwork to close the deal. While I did not get the names of the receptionists, they also were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. In summary, amazing work by everyone involved. I will recommend this dealership without reservation, to my friends and coworkers. More
