Stellar Service that went Above and Beyond Who goes to a Cadillac dealership to buy a Lincoln? I did. And I got Tim Jacques to be my spiritual guide and dedicated salesman. I can't say enough a Who goes to a Cadillac dealership to buy a Lincoln? I did. And I got Tim Jacques to be my spiritual guide and dedicated salesman. I can't say enough about this professional's support and kindness after my trade-in was in a terrible accident the day before the deal was to be consummated. Even though the car was totaled, Tim went to work and repackaged the deal, with the support of Chis Walker. It took two additional weeks to close the sale and Tim was on the phone with me every day lending his support and guidance through numerous insurance issues and crazy circumstances too numerous to mention. But at the end of the day, my beautiful MKX Suv was shined and waiting for me. It now sits proudly in my driveway as a reminder of the great experience I had working with Tim and the team that supported him. This was the third car I've purchased from this particular dealership, and while it was not a Cadillac this go around, I was treated like I was buying the finest Cadillac on the lot. Truly amazing.
