The way it should be done My wife took her 2013 SRX in for service and I have a 2015 SRX. I decided off the cuff to stop in and check out the new XT series. I had been looking into some use Escalade but when i saw the XT6 i knew it was what i wanted. Murray who has been my service guy for years (and they are great at service) introduced me to Alan Berkowitz and it was a deal in maybe an hour. We were going to trade in my wifes 2013 and Chris Atkins came in and made a great offer, but we decided to give it to a relative instead. My time in finance was faster then ever with no pressure just explaining a couple maintenance options. Alan spent 30 minutes or so showing me all the new gadgets in the XT6 and i was on my way. I have received a couple follow up emails and phones calls from Alan making sure all is good. This is by far the best dealership i have worked with over my 46 years of driving and buying over 20 vehicles and i will stick with them. thanks guys for doing it right. More

Hit and Run Paint Repair I went to 3 or 4 places to get a quote but in South Florida that's risky business. Wow was I pleasantly surprised by the service and quality delivered by Dennis at the Bodyshop dept in Ed Morse Cadillac. My car is a Toyota branded model but Toyota refers their paint repairs to Cadillac so I ended up here for a quote. My paint is a custom 3 stage coat and my specific color was discontinued a few years ago so I wanted to be sure I obtained a shop that could do the job and that's exactly what Ed Morse did. I gave them whatever time was needed as that was most important but they still valued my time and assisted me with a free shuttle to and from my residence as needed. Dennis was even willing to go beyond that if need be when the paint matching got a little tricky on my custom import car. Great job Dennis and the team!!! More

Once again Casey went overboard to service my CTS4. My screen cracked from severe heat here in Florida.. Casey must have a magic wand.
