AN EASY EXPERIENCE Had visited another location of this dealer (Bayview) but they had sold the vehicle I was interested in. Was in the Delay area and stopped to see if t Had visited another location of this dealer (Bayview) but they had sold the vehicle I was interested in. Was in the Delay area and stopped to see if they had something that I might want. After walking around the lot I met the Sales Consultant, Alan Berkowitz who made a effort to come out to the lot to greet me and see if he could help. That impressed me. Alan listened to what I was looking for and showed me a vehicle that had just come in off lease that was in the back lot. Wasn't the color I was looking for, but it was a nice car, in good condition and was in my budget range. I'm retired and own 4 other vehicles so I wasn't looking for something that I was going to drive all the time. Alan worked with me on my trade and we didn't have to "dance" too much to make the deal. Delivery and payment was painless. Very nice experience. I've had worse! More

Great experience I was concerned about dealing with a large "chain" dealership especially when looking for a used car. Ed Morse Cadillac had a vehicle I was interested I was concerned about dealing with a large "chain" dealership especially when looking for a used car. Ed Morse Cadillac had a vehicle I was interested in. Upon arriving at the dealership I was allowed to look over the used inventory without being bombarded my salesmen. When I asked about the car I was interested in I was introduced to Alan Berkowitz. Alan could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We took the vehicle for a test drive, there was no pressure just pleasant conversation. I advised Alan that I had other cars to look at and that I would contact him later. There was no pressure to buy at that moment. I later emailed Alan to discuss pricing, we traded emails and agreed to a price pending a longer test drive. The test drive was good and we bought the car. I was impressed with Alan and the entire staff at Ed Morse! More

I knew I wanted to buy the car from Tony the moment I met him. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He seemed to understand what I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect car. Chris, in finance, helped streamline the whole purchase process. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next Cadillac because now that I am in the family, I ain’t leavin’. Exceptional Service I was searching for a good deal. Doug Rottman from Internet Sales was my first contact at Ed Morse and he explained the current inventory and differe I was searching for a good deal. Doug Rottman from Internet Sales was my first contact at Ed Morse and he explained the current inventory and different options of finance and lease programs available over the phone without the heavy sales pitch which I appreciated.He sent me several emails showing different vehicles and price option xxxxxxand cons. After a couple of days later I went and visited the dealership and Doug introduced me to his Salesman Ron Boggs. Ron was great and was very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. Ron has a uper relaxed style about him and made me feel like I was kicking the tires with pal. If he didn’t think an option was worth it he’d say so or if he vice versa. Again no heavy sales pitches. I have gone thru this car purchasing process many many times and I will say this was the best car buying experience to date. Ron is the kind of guy you’d go have a beer with. Then it was into the finance office and Chris Walker had me out of there in record time with his knowledge and efficiency. The paperwork Was already printed out and he walked me thru the signature pages taking time to explain what I was signing etc. Car was washed and prepped and looked stunning as I drove off. We were looking for a specific model color etc. they searched and found the car we wanted, they brought it in and then a problem developed with the car. They informed us, worked with us to find an alternative, and went way beyond our expectations in making sure we got what we wanted and had a great experience despite some setbacks. I would never go to any other dealer for a Cadilac. Ed Morse is head and shoulders better in every way from our sales Person Alan Berkowitz, to the sales manager Chris Atkins to the money person Chris Wallace. All these people were patient, kind and patient with us. They went way beyond our expectations in making us happy customers and we are more than satisfied with our experience in purchasing a New XT4. As part of the process we met the service manager and his ace Marty Michaels, who was Incredibly helpful kind courteous and knowledgable.
