Tire Monitor Failure Brought in my 2007 Cadillac DTS to repair tire monitor system without an appointment at the start of the work day on a Monday. Service Advisor Gary Brought in my 2007 Cadillac DTS to repair tire monitor system without an appointment at the start of the work day on a Monday. Service Advisor Gary Frommelt started the service process as soon as possible after appointments were taken care of. After service personnel analyzed the problem Gary presented the repair options for my decision. Due to risk of additional failures for other tires, I decided to replace all tire monitors during this visit. Reasonable amount of time waiting for the car. Very much appreciate Garry's advice and assistance in this visit. More
