This is what we know.....Steve Gianuzzi, our Service Manager only received a very vague contact from GM and when he asked GM for more details on the customer and the concern, GM never got back to him. The fuel induction service we did was in May at 41k miles, and based on the information we now have from GM regarding what was repaired at the Rochester dealer, there is strong evidence of another cause of the failure based on the specific parts that were replaced. Steve would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to explain the details and hopefully restore your confidence in our facility.
