But my brother said let's see Scott. So with a cup of coffee in hand I went to see Scott. Scott listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few cars. No pressure. In a short time I was driving my beautiful SRX home. He made sure everything was to my likening, style, color, extras, comfortably and drive. The Salesperson Doug was the most professional and friendly salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very professional in all areas of the sales process. The Manager Chris was involved from the beginning to the end and he made the whole evening the most enjoyable car buying experience my wife & I have ever had. I will be back for sure! More

Her reassuring follow through is the very best of customer service. She coordinated all arrangements for car rental and transfer / return to the Toyota dealership for a service check up, She saved me so much time. I can say with certainty that I can count on Rosa to go the extra mile as she masters her responsibilities with ease.
