OK, so I traded in my cream-puff 2002 325i (with sports package) BMW and got a 2013 ATS Luxury. The selling price of the car was OK (around invoice) and I felt that I got a real good deal with the trade-i package) BMW and got a 2013 ATS Luxury. The selling price of the car was OK (around invoice) and I felt that I got a real good deal with the trade-in. When we got the car home and had a good chance to really look a it, there were two glaring problems that made us very unhappy. I called Mark Settler two days later (got the car on Saturday and Sunday was Easter Sunday, so had to wait until Monday). Mark immediately said that I shouldn't worry and that all would be resolved to my fullest satisfaction. And, indeed, Mark and the dealership bent over backwards to rectify the situation. Honestly, I couldn't believe how "they jumped through the hoops" to please us, while maintaining a very friendly approach, and yet being very professional at the same time. I am a very happy camper and the moral of the story is: Nothing in this world is 100% and problems will always arise here and there.
