After having problems with headlights, I was told come in and I got 2 new lights and they fixed a few of my other concerns. The service advisor Garry Frommelt,was extremely helpful and got the ball rolling. and I got 2 new lights and they fixed a few of my other concerns. I came in for service for my 2011 SRX. I was greeted my Martin and he did the paperwork. He said I would wait approximately 1 hour. Before any work is attempted, Service Manager Steve Gianuzzi and Master Service Advisor Martin meticulously explain the issue, possible alternatives and pricing. There is never at anytime the use of high pressured sales pitches. The quality of work is peerless. We have never had to return to the dealership for inadequate or incomplete servicing. Products used are of premier quality and their durability exceeds our expectations. Every service visit ends with a thorough cleaning and polishing that surpasses the efforts of most commercial car washing services Even under the most trying circumstances (intense Florida temperatures - 98 degrees or more-, high humidity and heavy workloads, Mr.Gianuzzi (everyone calls him Steve) and Martin are witty, jovial and friendly. Took in my 03 deville for AC problem. Replaced blower motor. Inspection indicated needed new power stering fluid and flush. They said it was in bad shape. Just two weeks earlier Tire Kingdom flushed a motor. Inspection indicated needed new power stering fluid and flush. They said it was in bad shape. Just two weeks earlier Tire Kingdom flushed and replaced the fluid. Also was quoted $159.00 to replace one tag lamp!!!!! They said it was quite cumberson to replace it. I replaced it myself in less that two minutes. Housing poped out with a putty kinfe. Lamp cost $2.49 at walmart. More
