Gavin is a polite, knowledgable and very pleasant individual to work with. I had plenty of questions, some of which may have been simple but not once did Gavin make me feel incapable of learning how individual to work with. Our discussion and training were valuable. Jim Henderson has been my "go to" professional for many years.
